Hi there,

I think you may be getting confused with an old Northern Soul record called The Snake which was done by Al Wilson....?

The chorus to that one goes;

"Take me in, oh tender woman
Take me in, for heaven's sake
Take me in, of tender woman
Sighed the snake..."

Oh Scott...fancy you remembering THAT record....you are not a middle aged Brit by any chance from the north  of England ?   LOL !!!!! ( Manchester ....Wigan....? ) The days of Northern Soul were just such a wonderful era. Wink

Not quite Jacky  Grin

But my parents are middle aged Brits from the North of England who brought me up properly to appreciate the wonders of soul music from the Reverend Al Green to the stompers from Wigan Casino (Al Wilson, Bob Relf, Dobie Gray, Jerry Butler, Frank Wilson etc)

In fact if I could visit one place in time, Wigan Casino in it's heyday would be high up on the list

I must own up Tony....I've been there too.....nose was bothering me...had to have a sneaky peek and a listen. Nice to hear a 'band' in this day and age. Not good quality sound from my p.c. but nothing at all to do with YOUR quality.Also nice to see a mixed band too. Good luck to you all. Keep us posted. Grin

Been on for a listen. You have a good band there....... and a lady singing with a voice like Heather Small...can't be bad. You need some more publicity Tony. Good luck to you all. Grin

No dates are confirmed at this point for out West.  I'll post them as soon as I get them from the agent.  Smiley   You all hang tight.  I'm sure Al will be out that way again soon.
